This recall involves metallic necklaces with flower-shaped pendants and coloured beads on the chain. The beads and pendants are the same colour on the necklace, and may be brown with UPC # 10121941, gray with UPC# 10121942, green with UPC# 10121943, or pink with UPC# 10121944.

Hazard Identified
Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has revealed that the necklace contains lead in excess of the allowable limit. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.

Health Canada has not received any reports of incidents or illnesses related to these necklaces.

Corrective Action
Consumers should immediately take the recalled products away from children and return them to the place of purchase for an exchange.

Approximately 7,195 of the recalled products were sold in Canada.
