Full Product Description
This recall involves the Columbia 3-in-1 Crib and Fairmont Lifetime Crib, both distributed by Dorel Distribution Canada. The cribs being recalled have the following model numbers and date codes:

The model number and date code can be found on a label located on the inside of the bottom rail of either the headboard or footboard.

Hazard Identified
The wooden crib slats can break, creating a gap that can pose entrapment and strangulation hazards to infants and toddlers.
Neither Health Canada nor Dorel Distribution Canada has received any reports of incidents or injuries related to the use of these cribs.
Corrective Action
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled cribs and contact Dorel Distribution Canada to receive a credit toward the purchase of a new crib.

Approximately 2, 876 of the recalled products were sold at Toys "R" Us stores across Canada.
