This recall involves a silver-coloured charm bracelet with multicoloured moon and dolphin charms, sold under the brand name "Melody".

Hazard Identified
Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has revealed that the clasp and charms on the recalled bracelet contain lead in excess of the allowable limit. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.

Health Canada has not received any reports of illness or incidents related to the use of the recalled bracelets.

Corrective Action
Consumers should immediately take the recalled bracelets away from children and dispose of them in regular household garbage.
